Proceed To CheckoutFor many years there have been two different pinks with the name 'Sops in Wine'. This dates back to at least 1900, so it seems likely that two varieties came to be given the same name in different parts of the country, rather than just a modern mix up. We are pleased to be able to offer both versions. As far as we can tell, they have both been grown for several hundred years.
This version is apparently so-called because the markings on the petals resemble sops (bread) floating in red wine.
Single red blooms with white markings on the petals and white fringe.
Excellent scent.
