A striking primula with tall poker-shaped red tipped lilac pink flowers from May to the end of September. Plants die back completely in winter and then grow quickly in spring.
A tough primula which will grow anywhere which is not bone dry and prefers damp or wet soil in dappled shade. Perfect for pond and stream margins, but will also grow well in the border or even a container.
Loved by bees, butterflies and moths.
