This variety has masses of white flowers which cover the foliage in spring and summer and turn pale blue as they age.
Very drought resistant when established. Excellent for rockeries, gravel gardens, containers etc.
Height and Spread: 15 x 30cm
Aubretia are named after Claude Aubriet, a French botanical painter from the 1700s. The original Aubretia plant came from the Middle East in 1710 and soon became established as a cottage garden favourite, valued for its early flowering. Many different colours and forms have since been bred from the original.
