Forms a spreading carpet of fleshy, green leaves flushed with red and in summer produces a long lasting display of deep pink-red flowers. As with all Sedums, it's a favourite of bees and other insects.
Very drought tolerant.
Excellent for the edge of a border, rockery or to hang over a wall. Sedums are happiest in dry soil, in a sunny position. Can even be used as a grass substitute for a lawn.
