A hardy alpine succulent, closely related to sedum but more suited to shady gardens. A clump-forming perennial, it’s ideal for using to fill gaps in shady borders.
Unusual dangling yellow flowers contrast beautifully with its fleshy leaves from May to September.
Green foliage changes to red as the year progresses.
Drought tolerant when established and awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
An easy and rewarding plant to grow in shady borders or containers, rockeries and rock walls.
