An interesting Tree Fuchsia with foliage and flowers not dissimilar to a Lilac. Lots of fragrant purple-pink flowers from mid-summer which are loved by bees.
Hardy in coastal and milder areas of the UK. In other areas, grow in a container and move into sheltered spot over winter.
Native to Central America.
Excellent in the ground but can also be kept clipped in a container too.
